Due to the nature of investment products and compliance requirements, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
1. General Policy
By investing through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions, once confirmed and executed, are final and non-refundable. Investment products are subject to market risk, and returns are not guaranteed.
2. Non-Refundable Transactions
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Investment packages after confirmation and funding.
- Reinvestment or ROI compound allocations.
- Service or transaction fees charged for processing payments.
- Bonuses, referral earnings, or platform credits.
3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Transactions: Accidental multiple payments for the same investment.
- Technical Errors: Platform malfunction causing an incorrect charge or misallocation.
- Unverified Accounts: Funds sent before full KYC verification, which result in account suspension and inability to proceed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests after this period will not be processed.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund under eligible conditions:

- Full Name and Registered Email
- Transaction ID(s)
- Date and Amount
- Reason for the refund
- Our compliance team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on bank or blockchain network processing times.
5. Cryptocurrency Transactions
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds in cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH) can only be issued:
- If the transaction was a confirmed duplicate.
- To the original wallet address used.
We do not refund for value fluctuations or network fee discrepancies.
6. Fraud & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team will be treated as a violation of this policy. Diamond FX-Max reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate the associated user account.
- Deny future access to the platform.
- Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
